The Advantages of a Prevention Awareness Policy

Prevention Awareness

Several common non-technological issues can prevent proper integration of ISO 45001. Most often, it’s treated as a separate “safety manual” rather than being woven into core business processes like procurement, design, and management reviews. A lack of visible leadership commitment and clear allocation of roles means the system lacks authority and resources to influence daily decisions. Finally, failing to meaningfully consult with and involve workers in risk assessments and planning leads to disengagement and a system that exists only on paper, not in practice.
